To made this tomatoes tart, you need :
- 1 puff pastry,
- mustard,
- herbes de Provence,
- about 4-5 tomatoes.
1/ Preheat the oven to 180 °C (~360 °F),
2/ Spread the puff pastry in a tart pan,
3/ Spread mustard on the puff pastry,
4/ Cut the tomatoes into slices and put them on the mustard,
5/ Sprinkle the herbes de Provence on the tomatoes,
6/ Put the tart in the oven during 30-40 minutes depending the oven.
