I’m proud of myself : yesterday evening, I achieved crow pose ! :D
Okay, the pose wasn’t perfect, but only my hands were on the floor and I held five second !
It made me so happy that I wasn’t tired anymore !

Kind of crumble made yesterday with an apple and cinnamon mixed, and over it, some crumbled Speculoos biscuits ! Good, but the pieces of speculoos were a little bit too big.
